The maximum duration of any continuous call is currently 24 straight hours. The 24 hour limit applies to the continuous time in call. As an example, if you and your participants remained in the meeting space for 24 straight hours, then the current session would end. This is to prevent participants from accidentally remaining in the call, but this doesn't prevent you from simply rejoining the same call at anytime to continue from where you left off.
From my understanding of how AppSumo plans work, you can upgrade a Tier 1 to a Tier 4 at all times as long as the KYZON Space deal is available on AppSumo. You can also downgrade between the Tiers any time within 60 days.
