So I understand that Meta needs to approve message templates for cold outreach as to maintain security and avoid spamming. My questions is; Are we able to personalize this template for the customer, (so not exactly a cold message)?

My use case is receiving a list of my clients customers (name, Business name, WA number), and then sending the customers requests to give a review, but id love to use their first name and my client's biz name in the outreach.

Bonus points for being able to share a personalized image too....

Is it possible within the template system, or what would you recommmend?

Also, what is the limit for creating templates?
