Q: CRM whatsapp
We are looking for software that can filter customers who didnt respond to our messages, so that we can sent them a follow up message (if possible automatically). So if no response to our message for example in 48 hours, automatic second message, if no response in 24 hours third message and then if no response creates notification for us to check it.
Is something like this possible. Also second question, if someone read the response of a customer, but forgot to sent a message its left unread on whatsapp. Can we also filter out the customers we still need to respond to

1. yes you can already do this with our sequence feature.
2. We have a dynamic inbox. You can add tags, label etc.. We are also planning to add a reminder system within inbox.
