Q: New WhatsApp pricing’s effects on buyers?
I just saw the information below in the WhatsApp help docs. How does this affect those of us who bought the Lancepilot deal?
“We are making changes to the WhatsApp Business Platform pricing model.
Effective July 1, 2025 for all businesses on our platform:
The conversation-based pricing model will be deprecated
We will charge per-message for template messages instead of per-conversation
Utility templates sent within an open customer service window will be free
