Q: Whitelabel included in tier 4
To be clear, is white-label included in tier 4, and if so, do we still need to submit the form within the dashboard?
Also, the number used to create the channel MUST NOT be associated with any previous whatsapp account whatsoever? Yes or No?
Can this then, be the same number included in templates or a different one (probably on whatsapp business or personal)?

Tier 4 comes with White label options but its all manual.. White label billing system/ agency portal is a extra addon. Which will let you manage your customers and everything on almost automation.. With the feature >> you will have a super admin, a landing page, you can add your own payment gateway, your customer have separate dashboard etc..
So basically, with the addon > you will be able to rebrand and start your own SAAS business.
>> yes, whatsapp have 3 infrastructure>> whatsapp app, whatsapp business app, whatsapp business api.. one number can not be connect to multiple infrastructure at the same time.. So fresh number will solve your problem..
