The white label option is great for agencies who want to offer it as a service. An important point is that the platform follows Meta guidelines, steering clear of the problems that come with sending messages directly from a WhatsApp number.

I've had a good experience with the support so far, albeit a bit slow, they do not disappoint and have gone the extra mile (like getting on calls) to help resolve issues.

While the platform does well with primary features, addition of automation like chatbots (which is planned) will make it much more powerful. Also, currently it does not have a dedicated mobile app, but the roadmap shows they are working on one, which I am hoping see soon.

LancePilot shows a lot of promise. With a few changes like support speed, and by adding a mobile app along with better automation, LancePilot could be a top choice for WhatsApp marketing for a lot of businesses.

Really happy with Lancepilot and its functionalities at its current avatar! The platform is user-friendly, and the features have been handy for our WhatsApp marketing efforts. Even though we had initial hiccups in terms of the integration (White Screen Issue), it has been working smoothly since then. The white-label option makes it a standout tool for businesses and agencies alike.

That said, there are a few considerations that the developer needs to make: 1. On the pricing side (Markup & Add-ons), to make it more accessible for smaller companies like us. 2. Improve support. 3. Delivery of some key features as in the roadmap. While I understand that development takes time and can be unpredictable sometimes, a more transparent and clear communication roadmap for upcoming releases would be greatly appreciated.

Overall, Lancepilot is a solid investment for anyone looking to streamline their WhatsApp marketing, and I am excited to see how it evolves in the future!
