Great Product but Expensive per Message
I got LancePilot when it 1st came out, it's a great product. I had minor issues with it starting out but seems stable now.
Customer service is slow, on average it will take 24-48 hours to get a response per reply.
I compared it with other platform and the price per message is ridiculous even though its a lifetime deal.
I'm getting charged $0.08 for a single message.
While on other platforms (on average) charge $0.005 per message.
Thats 16 messages vs 1 message
Great if you'll send one message per month or per quarter (depending on the size of your list).
But can get pricey if you want to use it for a launch and send 3-5 messages per week for a month or even if you have a large list.
Please consider reducing the price and making it more competitive/affordable.
