Q: Client Dashboard to Log in into?

We've noticed that it's said cancellation and rescheduling can happen. Is this done through a client dashboard our customers can log into to make these adjustments?

A: Hi!
Yes, when a booking is made, Lapsula sends an email to the customer with a link to make changes to it.
You can control the behaviour in Settings
