Q: Suitability to book Online Meetings With Multiple People
Hi
I see a lot of potential in this app. Specifically as a replacement for Notion Calendar which allows you to book meetings on the fly with multiple people on Zoom by picking a date, time and platform without having to go through the longer process of doing this through Zoom or Meet itself.
Notion Calendar is currently free but I’m sure they will soon start charging for it.
Would you say this is possible once you expand the App’s capabilities from only booking single events with individuals?

Although our goal is not to replace calendar apps, we will soon release group bookings. This will allow you to set a capacity for a service's availability slots, enabling multiple people to book them.

Yes, correct. As long as you add their email address when creating the appointment, and your cancellation policy allows it; they will get a link to cancel/reschedule.
