Fantastic!
As someone who works a team of tutors online, this product is great for my needs. I have a lot of experience working with booking software's, from Acuity to Book like a boss.
The Pros:
1) It has an app to help manage things, team schedules for different team members with varying access levels.
2) White label branding options. You can remove lapsula branding from all your emails/reminders.
3) Solid Plugin/integrations. Zapiers/ Zoom/ Google meets make things super easy so meeting links can be generated.
4) Embeds for your own website. Big plus for allowing some customization for the colors to help match the websites theme.
5) Stripe payment is already activated to make sure bookings are prepaid. Paypal and Redsys are on the way.
6) If you are someone without a website, Lapsula can work without the need for it by simply sending your customers your shop link so they can view your services to book.
7) Get up and running in under an hour.
Few features that I would love to see added to the software would be.
1) Ability for people to book packages( For example purchasing 10 lessons). (Maybe giving a 10% discount) or something along those lines.
The work around for this currently is to issue coupon codes for 10 lessons, but it would be a much better customer experience if they could just book through the lessons or receive 1 coupon code with 10 uses etc.
2) Dynamic pricing/time. The ability for customers to pick they time they would like for a certain service and reflect the pricing accordingly. It just would make it easier for tutors to have a cleaner looking service offering if they just have to click into "English Class". Then select 30, 45 or 1 hour and the price be shown accordingly. Prevents too many duplicated services with similar names.
3) Calendar shows the client timezone as many students book from different countries.
In conclusion the best part about this business is definitely Dani and Xavi the developers. If you have read through Appsumo replies and seen their youtube channel. You'll see they are clearly eager to respond to clients questions and are working hard at constantly bringing new features to Lapsula. Every month there are new developments. I've asked them many questions on the chat on their website, and they have always responded within 5 minutes. You couldn't ask for a team of more committed individuals.
You'll really regret missing out on this deal. It's clear Lapsula has a bright future.
