That said, running an LTD alongside AppSumo concurrently feels a bit misleading since you could just funnel the AppSumo audience to visit your site for a version with more features; intent can be misconstrued. Also, it’s great to see you engaging with comments and reviews. One piece of advice: never share receipts publicly. You didn’t even hide the email address which I always consider PII. Whether someone wants to criticize you or is genuinely confused, there’s no need to show the transaction as proof. Keep delivering a great product and excellent support, and that will handle any exceptions.
