Absolute mess
I tried not only one tool but many but this is by far the most unstable one. We have sent multiple emails to the support of leadfwd.ai reporting those issues. All E-Mails have been sent from the registered AppSumo E-Mail to help@leadfwd.com. Since 15th November, means more than a week there is no answer anymore on several tickets which have been opened. Also requested a live call where we can get a demo by a sales person but that left also unanswered. The only thing I regret is that I trust the 5 star ratings before I tried it out myself and the 60 days are over so I won´t be able to return it back.

Based on your AppSumo profile name and company listed, I was able to find your support tickets. There were (4) ticket requests opened between Nov 14th and Nov 15th. I personally responded to each, but never had a single follow up from you on any of them.
The first three tickets that you opened were each responded to in less than 5 minutes. In the case of your first ticket and the last, I responded that your desired use case unfortunately wasn't a good fit for our application.

If your plan is to try and turn the Chrome extension into a fully automated cloud solution, we are definitely not a good fit for you. Our platform is geared towards helping humans sell better, and not to support 'high volume, low effort' sales tactics. This is all pretty clear in our AppSumo listing, our video's and our website. So definitely some confusion over the purpose and mission of our platform 😁️
In the interest of your time, I'd consider a different platform and refund. Although I'd love to help, it's just not what our platform was designed to do.

I just noticed now that you purchased your license on AppSumo on Sept 13th, but you didn't actually activate it and create your Leadfwd account until November 13th. Which by that point was already beyond the 60 day refund period by 2 days.
We also didn't have any reviews yet when you purchased your license on September 13th, as our AppSumo listing was only 3 days old at that point. And the 5 taco reviews we have now, we earned through our support and because our solution was ultimately a good fit with the users. But it's not a good fit for every use case or every user, which is why you have 60 days to test drive it.
