Q: Lack of support
I tried activating, but something went wrong. Then I contacted support, but haven't heard back from them. I'm on a Tier 3 plan, but it says it's a trial with only 200 credits.
What should I do, and when can I expect to hear back from you?

Once you have purchased the license, you will need to go https://appsumo.com/account/products/, then click on Leadsourcing and click Activate / Launch Leadsourcing to connect with your existing account if you have one already. Hope this helps.
