Still working my way around this - Interesting software. I see value in it. Whoefully inadequate credits for a tier 4 deal - I have reviewed 3 documents and it's game over for the month. Also, I have had limited success due to the file size limitations of Tier 4 plan. whoefully inadequate credits for tier 4. It says more pages available upon upgrade - our documents are usually longer than 30 pages so this might not work for us. Any ideas Legitt - I'm going to be sad if I need to refund due to low limits for high tier users? Added: No reply from 2 different emails to customer service after they asked me to write in with my concerns. Crickets. time to refund.
