Q: API Data Export?
So I am interested in doing some advanced user registration/sign up functions with this chatbot. For instance, if the chatbot triggers a conversation where someone inputs there name/phone/other identifying information, is there a way we can export that user session data via an API that we can import for our own use?
I know you guys mention and market "Convert visitors into leads" but getting the right data points and importing those leads into a working funnel is more important then just training an AI chatbot with answers.

Thank you for your question. There are two ways this can be done (although not through API).
1. Every time a user provides email or phone number, a lead is created in the CRM dashboard.
2. Once this lead is created, the data can be exported via excel and be used for further processing.
3. In addition, we have integrated with HubSpot. Once you integrate the leads will flow to HubSpot.

Also looking for the similar integration, e.g. as soon as chat initiated it appears in slack channel, also you haven’t answer the other comment regarding Zapier, pabbly, make, webhook integration, any plans for API as well, I just tested tiny chat BTW also available on appsumo have all the integration features and love ms promising and cheaper, how do you compare your app with that?
