I have a question regarding licenses and tiers. If I purchase a Tier 4 or Tier 5 plan, will I be able to use the licenses across multiple email addresses?
A: Hi! Yes, absolutely — at account.letterly.app you can manage users, meaning email addresses.
For example, you can do this: - Get Tier 4 - Redeem 4 codes at account.letterly.app - That gives you access to 6 devices - Add a second email (in addition to your main one) and assign it 3 devices
Done! Your main email will have access to 3 devices, and the additional one you added will have access to...
Hi Anton, Thank you for your quick response to my question—it’s great to have clarity! Since I’m purchasing licenses for my business team, I wanted to confirm: if, in the future, one of the users leaves the company and we deactivate their work email, would I be able to revoke the license tied to that email and reassign it to a new employee with a different email?
Q: Policy & Terms, Data Privacy
Hi, Could you please tell me more how you handle the data as this could gather very much sensitive information regarding both private and business matters?
Appreciate transparency as well as my privacy, thanks Marcus
A: Hi! Yes, of course — we’re completely transparent and happy to share any details :)
We treat your notes with great care. The only third party we send audio recordings to is OpenAI — and even then, only in an anonymized form, just to get a high-quality transcription and rewritten text. It’s important to note that OpenAI does not use this data to train models or for anything else — this is...
A: Hi! Yes, we’re actually working on this right now and do have a plan for it. We hope to support longer recordings and speaker diarization (distinguishing between different speakers in the transcription and rewrites) soon.
Hi, the continous login into the webversion doesn't work for me. I'm using at present Letterly on mobile and on Web. Since I need to use the web-version on different browsers each time, the contious loggon doesn't seem to work, probably to our settings to delete history at closing the browser. Bookmarking the link didn't work, maybe I bookmarked the wrong link. What does work is to bookmark the link to the dashboard, but not for the app itself; here I'm always forced to get the magic link (which for me is "unmagically" annoying ;-)). While I'm just starting to use the app, a desktop version, or a possible different login way would be preferred, e.g. via Authenticator, Password etc.
A: Hi! I understand your problem — it’s definitely frustrating to log in every time. Just curious, does signing in with Google or Apple help at all?
We’re not planning to make a Windows app at the moment, but we’d rather look into alternative login methods. We can’t give any timelines for now, since we have a lot of features in the pipeline, but we definitely don’t want to make things harder for...
Q: Tier 4 - Devices and Codes
Hello,
I have a question regarding licenses and tiers. If I purchase a Tier 4 or Tier 5 plan, will I be able to use the licenses across multiple email addresses?
Thank you!

Meaning you have access?
Q: 15 min limit
Any plans to change the time limit? This is holding me back from buying.

May 12, 2025A: Hi!
Yes! We're already working on long recordings :)
I can’t give exact dates, but I think it’s a matter of a month.
(My advice: go ahead and try it out, you’ve got a 60-day money-back guarantee anyway:)

Thanks for your advise. Do you have an idea how long will the limit be set at?
60-90 minutes hopefully :)
Q: Support Diarization
Hi , is there any plan to support speaker diarization ?

Awesome, long recording and speaker diarization is very important for meeting transcription.
We really hope to show it to you soon :)
