Q: Plan updates vs Product upgrades and Appsumo ltd tiers vs monthly plans
Can Sumo-lings, besides lifetime plan updates, also benefit from product upgrades? And what are the specific differences between these tiers and the plans on your website? 🤔
All my users are having activation issues. Kept getting a message saying something went wrong when using the link, and also getting emails for them to redeem codes. This is very confusing. Can you pleae resolve it ASAP!
I'm interested in purchasing extra codes to gift to others.
1)If I wanted to gift this to others (1 device per person) - how would I do this? Do I send out an email invite from my account specifying they can use Letterly on one device?
2)Is each account entirely seperate (i.e it's own 'workspace') where others can't see how it is used?
3)If I invited someone to use a device what do they see (if anything) if they looked at their 'account settings', would they see '(My name) Workspace - AppSumo Tier 3 etc'?
4)Can invitations or 'devices' be reoked after invites are sent to free up for someone else?

Is it possible to add context settings so that the app can better understand the license owner, which helps for better output?
