Q: Tier 4 - Devices and Codes

I have a question regarding licenses and tiers. If I purchase a Tier 4 or Tier 5 plan, will I be able to use the licenses across multiple email addresses?

May 14, 2025A: Hi! Yes, absolutely — at account.letterly.app you can manage users, meaning email addresses.
For example, you can do this:
- Get Tier 4
- Redeem 4 codes at account.letterly.app
- That gives you access to 6 devices
- Add a second email (in addition to your main one) and assign it 3 devices
Done! Your main email will have access to 3 devices, and the additional one you added will have access to 3 more.

Thank you for your quick response to my question—it’s great to have clarity! Since I’m purchasing licenses for my business team, I wanted to confirm: if, in the future, one of the users leaves the company and we deactivate their work email, would I be able to revoke the license tied to that email and reassign it to a new employee with a different email?
