Q: What is a workspace?
Can workspaces be used for agencies but then grant limited access to certain users? Or can access only be granted to the entire workspace? Like if I want to use this for my agency but I only want to limit access for clients to particular docs. Can this be done?

Nov 4, 2024A: Hey there, a Workspace is the highest hierarchy. In a Workspace you can have multiple Spaces to organize different clients or you may open different Workspaces per clients all together.
If you have one agency and multiple clients, I'd recommend one workspace but creating teamspaces per clients. If you give access to only those who should see them, you can manage many people inside liftOS without them seeing each others Teamspaces.

Hi there.
I have create new team space called “A“ & “B”.
I have add new team member in “B“. When I go to ToDo app of space “B“. I can see that assignee in selection list of Todo.
But I did not add that user in Space “A“ still I can see that assignee in ToDo app of space “A“. Which is wrong.
