Q: safe scraping?
How does this safely scrape 50,000 a month from one linkedin account?
Is it scraping from my personal account? Or you use your own IPs?

It will be able to scrape 50K only with a Sales Navigator or Recruiter account.
With a standard Linkedin account it will be limited to 100 / day (so 3000 / month).
It uses local proxies to scrape with an IP address next to your place
