Is the credits for lead extraction + email enrichment, or one of both?

Here's what I mean:
If I extract 10,000 leads in one month, will the email enrichment be included, or I'll need extra credits to process the email enrichment?

By email enrichment, I mean adding email to data gathered.

Secondly, how accurate or up-to-date is the email?
