A: The dashboard can use a white theme. Litlyx supports both white and dark modes, which can be toggled using a button located in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard. While the dark theme aligns with our branding and personal preference, we understand it might not suit everyone—perhaps that's just our developer bias!
A: I'm not sure to understand the question. Could you elaborate on the situation where you need to use an iframe to track views and events? Specifically, what kind of content is being embedded, what tracking details are necessary, and how the iframe will interact with other components on the page?
We are developing "sharable Dashboard" that will allow you to directly share metrics with everyone with ease. But is still in development. I'm working to our roadmap so you can find more info there. Thanks.
Q: Possible to increase limits?
My main site is getting 460k views per month (+ events tracked), and growing daily. I would need a higher plan that supports at least 2 million views.
Also, the product seems interesting but the live demo doesn't show any data at all.
A: Hi! Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a higher plan for an LTD at the moment. Feel free to reach out to me at help@litlyx.com, and we can discuss your needs further.
Regarding the live demo, we’re still actively developing the product. We’ll fix it and create something amazing in the coming months, including features like shareable dashboards.
If I retire a site and wish to swap out the domain used in a project, can I reset the project id? As in, the unique identifier in the script tag?
Basically to avoid domains being linked together due to the unique identifier id footprint. Like ‘johns-hooters-enthusiasts-club.example’ and ‘janes-competitive-bird-watching-club.example’ - if owned or managed (e.g. agency) by a single entity, then webmasters may not obviously realise the relationship they are disclosing publicly - permanently also if the page gets archived.
Also the case of having multiple domains inside one project, the project id from what I’ve read seems to be what is used in the tag, rather than e.g. a unique tag per domain. So all additional domains will have a footprint linking them together, I think?
A: Litlyx is evolving, and in the near future, we’ll be adding features that address your concerns. Let me break them down for you, as they might be helpful for other users as well:
Current Setup:
For projects as they stand, we recommend linking just one domain per project as the best practice. Currently, we don’t have a domain filter, but we’re wotking on this feature right now.
Thank you very much for your detailed quick response :)
Just to clarify, in the context of this LTD currently. Say I have one LTD workspace, I’d be able to reset the project id after removing all domains by creating a new project (within the same LTD plan)?
Or that would require a new plan? Leaving the previous plan/project with a stuck with the same id?
That would require a new plan, as creating a project with a unique ID makes resetting it problematic due to the extensive data tied to that ID in the database. Hope this helps!
Q: How does this compare to Visitortracking.com
Just bought the visitor tracking deal, however, this looks interesting how would you compare yourself?

Q: Hate the black, can we change it to white?
Why a black site? Can we change our dashboards to white?

Q: Is it possible to embed an iFrame for each tracked domain (on a website admin panel) ?

Hi, I'd like my clients to have access to their website's stats directly on their admin panel.
I’m guessing, something like a thumbnail or snapshot of their website that links to the site or analytics demouser’ dashboard for that site?
