Q: client portal

I tried your products, and it looks good.

However, one thing I couldn't find was a way to export a report for clients. The current process requires too much effort from his side. Ideally, this should be a "zero-click" experience for the client.

If I email a report to a client, they can simply view it and be done. On your platform, the client needs to create an account, I have to share the project with them, and they must log in every time they want to see the metrics.

Typically, I provide weekly or monthly reports with the most important metrics for their website. My suggestion is to simplify this process for clients. Adding a "report export" button that only requires entering the client's email address would be very helpful. Additionally, having a whitelabel option in that report (e.g., available at Tier 3) would be ideal for all.

A: I revisited this question because I believe it provides valuable feedback for us. We will carefully consider how to improve report sharing for better clarity and usability.

We've already included this in our roadmap, which you can find here: https://litlyx.com/roadmap.

In the near future, we plan to introduce a dedicated report section where users can easily share reports via email as a PDF, through a password-protected link, or by providing dashboard access with only the selected metrics they wish to share. Additionally, recipients will be able to download their own reports directly from within the dashboard.

Thanks again for your feedback!

One simple solution could be providing access to metrics via a password-protected link. In my case, I would just need to create a password in my dashboard, and the system would generate a unique link. Anyone with the link and password could securely access the selected metrics.

The next time the client wants to view the metrics, they would simply need to enter the password I provided. This approa

This can be an intresting feature more about sharing the dashbord per-se instead of the report. Thanks for this feedback. I noted this idea in our Notion task list.
