In the first couple of minutes of using the platform I have encountered 3 bugs already.
1) When trying to set up the Brand settings, it forces you to enter a VAT/GST number. When I entered my correct tax number it says "please enter a valid GST number" even though it was! This prevents you from saving any data on the brand screen.
2) When trying to change my store name from the default numbers it gives I received the error message "PrismaClientKnownRequestError:
Invalid `prisma.stores.update()` invocation: Inconsistent column data: Malformed ObjectID: invalid character 'm' was found at index 5 in the provided hex string".
3) once you set a video as "public" trying to set it back as private does not work... you select "private" hit the save button but it doesn't actually save the setting. The video remains public and the setting I saved was not saved.
This is just the first 3 bugs I encountered in less than 5 minutes of using the product.

If even the most basic of tasks such as setting up store name, setting up brand information and making a video private after being public all have bugs then I'm not prepared to spend more time to try and use this on a live site.

I wish you the best but I will refund this purchase.

The Good:
Your software looks superb & It's backend UX is great.
the way you present all of your features on site is extremely well done.

The Deal breaker
However being restricted to using just one domain & not being able to self create product catalogues to embed on custom domains & redirect to custom checkouts makes this unusable for all but singular large catalogue stores.

The inability to use the greet features you have in a more self selected way makes this a pass unless reworked. The video appsumo provided as breakdown explicitly states this is possible between 73-78 seconds of the video as well which is confusing.

Who this is for:
If you run your whole business on shopify, magento or woo commerce & on a singular domain this product is likely a great fit for you if not then unfortunately it's not a good fit.
