Hello. How does Local Rank Tracker compare to Local Falcon? Is it a better program? How accurate are the LRT results? Looks like LRT has more features than Local Falcon?

It seems that your platform only supports two languages, one of them being English. However, at various points throughout I have noticed that the second language is being displayed (Keyword Ranking grid), even after I've selected English. Also, the generate report feature seems to be broken, as when I view the provided link, there is no reference to competitors in the map section, and the sections have formatting issues.
I would like to know how many business profiles can be monitored with Tier 1 and if inquiries about other businesses can be made.
1. Will the report be more customizable in terms of colors, layout, and sizes of fonts? It was hard to read with the fonts being so small. 2. Is there/will there be the ability to Geo-tag the images? 3. Will there be an option to share the Geo grid in a report instead of a table and also as a regular google map rather than an elevation style map?
We are looking to purchase tier 3 right now as that is more than we need right now. If we continue to add clients who want Local Rank Tracker and it goes past the 25 locations, will we be able to upgrade to the next tier?
