Q: Whitelabel
How does the Whitelabel feature really work? Is it 100% (no mentions of you incl. emails etc.)? If you could provide me with a detailed info, that will be appreciated not only by me I believe. Thank you.

Nov 21, 2024A: Yes, that's how the Whitelabel feature works. It allows you to fully customize the platform with your branding. All mentions of Local Rank Tracker are removed and replaced with your agency’s logo, name, and contact details. This includes the dashboard, reports, and email notifications sent to your clients
Thanks! Is it possible to purchase more credits in the distance future if needed?

Yes, you can purchase additional credits in the future if needed. For extra AI credits or keyword limits, you would need to contact support to discuss options and pricing - support@ratingcaptain.com
Also, will it be possible to differentiate users by groups? E.g. if I wanted to sell this service, can I segment it into e.g. 3 groups with different access? I am trying to simply understand if I can run it as a SaaS or not.
+ I would like to know if there is any space for custom improvements of the interface? Or are you thinking about this at all?

Currently, we don’t have a feature to differentiate users by groups, like segmenting them into 3 groups with different access levels. However, we’re always open to new ideas and suggestions, so this could be something we consider in the future.
As for custom improvements to the interface, it’s not something we’re focusing on at the moment, but we’re definitely open to feedback and new ideas.

I think it is important for your Success to list the prices for additional keyword and AI credits. It would allow it to be transparent. I think that anyone investing in your tool would appreciate the transparency. I am very interested in the unlimited tier 5 but I would like clarification here in a open and transparent way. Not via email.

Where is the answer to the actual question?

Hi, it's not white label at all. They provide you with what they call a "whitelabel" domain, it's not your. Their name is in the meta description of the page and their logo is showing when you click on the expand view. When you come back to the normal view, the language switches to Polish, which reveals the company which developed this tool is based in Poland.
Thank you for following up. We are aware of the issue, and our team is actively working on resolving it

Don't you have your updates verified by beta testers before deploying them, Pawel?
