Full of bugs, not ready, almost no updates, I can’t recommend this SaaS.

• No, I cannot let you say that the application is regularly updated. There were no updates between late October 2024 and February 2025, which means more than 3 months without any updates! Moreover, the February updates are what I would call minor cosmetic fixes.
• "We respond to support requests within a maximum of one day and resolve them promptly." → No, that's also false. Me and some friends have already submitted support tickets and waited 4 to 5 days for a response, only to be told most of the time that the issue would be resolved in an update. A friend of mine refunded his Tier 5 because of your inaction.
I have no doubts, I'm simply observing what you do and don't do over the past 4 months. I believe this is a long enough period to express a rather solid opinion.

Feb 19, 2025Thank you for your feedback. However, we strongly disagree with your opinion as it doesn’t reflect the efforts we put into the platform. Updates are being made regularly, and our Q1-Q2 roadmap for features is publicly available.
We respond to support requests within a maximum of one day and resolve them promptly. Just recently, we even sent out an update in two versions about new features.
This kind of review is quite concerning for us, but we’re happy to address any concerns you may have.
