So this highly depends on what your plans are. If you already have websites from something else and just want to use the email finder system then no VPS or Proxies is needed. If you have nothing and you want to scrape business data and also their websites then it depends on which site you are targeting in the program. Google Maps (Quick/Full) in the program would not require proxies, at that scale I would say to use a VPN if you had one. If you wanted to scrape another site say Yahoo then I would recommend basic proxies. If you wanted to scrape HomeAdvisor then advanced proxies would be needed. I cover some of this on the readme page but you can always email me with your project details and I will try to help get you setup.
