Worth the cost and almost perfect.

The interface is clean, and it does everything it advertises well.

I also **really** appreciate the authenticator built in that fills in the codes for you.

Honestly, my only reason for not 5 stars, as the product goes above and beyond, is the load times in Chrome. Just went to open the extension right now, and boom, 8 seconds to load. Click away by accident and have to open the extension once more, 3 seconds.

While it's not a deal-breaker, it does detract from the seamless start-to-finish user experience.

It's perfect on iOS though.

Keep up the great work.

A Mixed Bag with Great Potential

There is a lot of things to like about this app- it has many features like private email, data breach scanner, and password health. Password health is useful when you dont realise you are using the same password across many apps, so it helps identify them easily with just a click. The main use iis saving passwords, payment cards, and important notes. It is perfect when using on a desktop, I really like it so far. However, on a smartphone (android), it is a mixed bag. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Yes, it makes less a headache in keeping passwords safe. However, it still cannot replace the ease of use when using google password keeper/autofill on a phone. On a phone, it requires several steps extra, especially when logging in to certain websites, it is a bit unintuitive. For example, on some websites it won't autofill the username but only the password. When manually choosing the password from the app, it will fill both the username and the password with the password instead. Hence, it is a little bit buggy right now. I've tried it with several browsers, but same results or worse. The app also does not appear on the phone keyboard to kick in the autofill.

This app is absolutely great for a desktop use, but people are working more on smartphones nowadays. If it works great on a phone too, this is definitely a keeper.

TLDR: Works great on desktop, but not on smartphones. Not yet a Google Password Manager replacement.

Suggestions: 1)Allow user the ability to save/backup data locally. 2) Integrate with keyboards for easy autofill. 3) Improve ease of use for mobile phones/tablets. 4) Provide how-to-videos for Authenticator.

Hi,

Thanks for the detailed feedback. Glad to hear it’s working well for you on desktop. We’ve noted the issues on mobile, especially around autofill. And we are working to improve that experience. Really appreciate the suggestions, they’re very helpful.

Tier 2 issues

I purchased this to replace 1Password.
1. As a single user this works great - no issues at all 5 tacos
2. I purchased tier 2 to share passwords with my remote team members - this is a 1 taco experierce. We followed the instructions and added the secret key to enable 2FA - this isn't working. We are in a loop of the 2FA not working and access to critical websites are blocked. Amazon, Etsy, Merch - it isn't isolated to 1 website that the 2FA codes are not working after sharing them with the team members.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. We've looked into the issue and found that while 2FA codes can be shared for platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and Merch, there seems to be a problem with the autofill functionality after sharing. Our team is actively investigating this and working on a fix.

Fantastic replacement for my subscription based password manager

This is an wonderful replacement for my previous password manager, Nordpass. Locker offers all of the features I had, plus some additional ones that have already come in handy, and I'm still getting used to those.

Works seamlessly with Brave browser across all my devices (Chromium based privacy and security focused browser). Saves passwords, passkeys, credit cards, personal info, etc and even a spot for "secure" notes. The import process was fast and easy, UI is simple and effective, my only (minor) gripe is the loading times are sometimes a bit longer than expected.

Great company and password manager

Have been using them for years. A very good password manager that has grown and has many features now. they even have features the others don't. I have used them all and this is top five considering they do passkeys, biometrics, TOTP, and all platforms/OS. Their security is sound and at this price a no brainer. The UI/dashboard is very excellent also. My one gripe and why I am removing a taco is they need Safari functionality, all the other vendors have a safari extension, even the younger ones. Bonus they do do breach monitoring and have email forwarding like burnermail/simplelogin.
