A Mixed Bag with Great Potential
There is a lot of things to like about this app- it has many features like private email, data breach scanner, and password health. Password health is useful when you dont realise you are using the same password across many apps, so it helps identify them easily with just a click. The main use iis saving passwords, payment cards, and important notes. It is perfect when using on a desktop, I really like it so far. However, on a smartphone (android), it is a mixed bag. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Yes, it makes less a headache in keeping passwords safe. However, it still cannot replace the ease of use when using google password keeper/autofill on a phone. On a phone, it requires several steps extra, especially when logging in to certain websites, it is a bit unintuitive. For example, on some websites it won't autofill the username but only the password. When manually choosing the password from the app, it will fill both the username and the password with the password instead. Hence, it is a little bit buggy right now. I've tried it with several browsers, but same results or worse. The app also does not appear on the phone keyboard to kick in the autofill.
This app is absolutely great for a desktop use, but people are working more on smartphones nowadays. If it works great on a phone too, this is definitely a keeper.
TLDR: Works great on desktop, but not on smartphones. Not yet a Google Password Manager replacement.
Suggestions: 1)Allow user the ability to save/backup data locally. 2) Integrate with keyboards for easy autofill. 3) Improve ease of use for mobile phones/tablets. 4) Provide how-to-videos for Authenticator.

Thanks for the detailed feedback. Glad to hear it’s working well for you on desktop. We’ve noted the issues on mobile, especially around autofill. And we are working to improve that experience. Really appreciate the suggestions, they’re very helpful.
