Q: Número de preguntas
Hello, I would like to know if a response is considered a chat with a customer or if each question asked by the same customer in a chat is considered a response. If there are 30 questions in the same chat, is that counted as 30 responses or 1 response since it’s the same customer and the same chat? On another note, I would like to know if in the report dashboard, the sales that have been achieved thanks to the chat and the total amount can be seen. Thank you very much!

Each answer we send to your customer counts as one response.
Regarding your second question, our product includes comprehensive analytics and conversation page where you can view all conversations and filter them based on events such as "add to cart" leads or "product detail page" events. For instance, if a customer finds a product via lookfor and then adds that product to their cart, we log this activity. :)

PS: We are introducing a new feature that will allow you to see all your customers' touchpoints during their shopping journey, such as how many seconds they spend on each product detail page. This feature will also generate an intent score based on this data.
