Q: AI-based conversations per month and then...?
Hi! I would like to know if the 1500 AI-based conversations per month (Tier 3) are to be shared with all the bots you install on different websites?
What about when the amount is over? Can we buy more conversation credits for clients for example? How does it work?

Thank you for your questions. The 1500 AI-based conversations are indeed shared across all the bots installed on your different websites.
It is important to note that 1500 conversations per month is quite a generous quota and covers the vast majority of needs. Unless you are a company with more than 20 AI chatbots installed on your clients' sites and frequently used, this quota should be more than sufficient.
For your information, here’s what we mean by "conversation" at LouiseBot:
👉 A conversation is an exchange between the chatbot and the user lasting up to 30 minutes, regardless of the number of messages exchanged. Please note that the opening of the widget and the chatbot’s first welcome message are not counted in the triggering of the conversation. In other words, this corresponds to about 750 hours of conversation included in the Tier 3 plan 🤩, regardless of the number of messages!
When the quota is exceeded, the widget will simply no longer appear on the site.
