Q: Cloning Possibility?
Thanks for coming to Appsummo, please advise how many clones persons can I have into tier 2.
can I clone my different team members from the different departments? and feed each cloned person the specific information they should use?
also can each Bot direct the conversation to another bot based on the questions they receive from the customer? (for example I want to have a frontline cloned Bot to answer the general questions but once the customer needs more details regarding a specific product, the bot can direct the customer to the right Bot)

With the Tier 2 offer, you can have one clone ✨. However, with the Tier 3 offer, you not only move to the next level, but you also gain unlimited access to create as many clones as you want 🤩, within the limit of initiated conversations. Please note that an initiated conversation is not just the clone being displayed, but when a real conversation starts between your user and the clone.
As for your other question, yes, you can definitely have different clones for multiple team members from your department. That’s actually one of the main benefits of LouiseBot. You can create a clone for yourself, and many of our clients use different clones for each of their sales team members, for instance. This way, they can always be available to answer client questions and direct them, especially for common and repetitive inquiries.
Regarding directing conversations between bots, the answer is also yes. Creating a clone is very simple 👌, and you can provide it with instructions. In those instructions, you can specify conditions under which the bot should redirect the user to an external link, such as a link to another clone. The user will just need to click the link, which will open the new clone and continue the conversation smoothly.
