Q: I am a teacher, it will work for me ?
I will tell you my “use case” or “wish to use”.
I am a teacher and I have to give feedback to my students on the work they have done.
For each of them I have my revision notes and I sit down with them to give them feedback.
Can I upload my review notes to LuiseBot and have LuiseBot talk to each student (saving me time)? It should be noted that each conversation should be personalized, because what each student needs to improve is different.

Mar 30, 2025A: Hi there 👋 ,
That’s a great question, and there are a few things we need to clarify in order to give you a complete answer. Here are some points to consider:
Can each of my students access the feedback from others? Or do you want to isolate the feedback for each student?
👉 If you wish to isolate the feedback, you would have no choice but to create a bot with your notes in the knowledge base for each student. However, this setup and deployment would be quite cumbersome for occasional communication.
👉 If you want your students to access the feedback, the ideal solution would be to use a scenario bot that will utilize two upcoming blocks in LouiseBot:
1) Super User Manager: This is a new block that will soon enter beta testing. It will allow you to not only inject users into a database, create users, and retrieve the necessary information for each login 🤩. In your case, the users would be your students. The addition of the Super User Manager block in LouiseBot will be a very useful feature, and we know it will be appreciated by users like yourself.
2) Then, you will be able to use a second highly requested block that is coming next month in beta test: the "Pass to AI" block 🤩. This will allow you to start with a text chatbot or even a videoBot, and then a text chatbot will take over for authentication. This will help you understand which student is speaking to the chatbot. After that, we will pass the information to the AI to continue. In this case, you can specify in the knowledge base the student’s email or name and their feedback. The AI chatbot will be able to search for your feedback in the file associated with the student. You can also add an instruction to the AI chatbot to ensure student confidentiality.
It’s important to note that we don’t recommend this method for strictly confidential information, but feedback for students is not highly sensitive information, as far as I know, so this approach should work fine.
I hope I’ve answered your question. To summarize, there are some very interesting solutions coming that will likely meet your needs, as the upcoming blocks are designed to address issues like yours.

I understand then that to ensure confidentiality I should make an agent for each student. Which would be extremely expensive.
On the other hand, if I have a single assistant with all the feedback, the assistant could determine who he/she is talking to and based on that feedback with the appropriate information. But if a student asks “how did Peter (another student) do” maybe the agent could gossi
Yes, you’re absolutely right. There is value in centralizing all feedback into a single file for your AI chatbot, but there’s also a case for isolating them. You can try adding instructions in your chatbot’s additional settings to guide students without explicitly providing other students' names in the feedback.
For your specific case, I would recommend using our "Good Advisor" template.
last question: spanish? my use case is in spanish. I assume it is, since I can communicate with all LLMs in Spanish.
No worries, Spanish is fully supported by our chatbots! You can use it without any problem.
