I want to love it!
This is another LI automation tool with such great promise but it doesn't seem to work consistently.
For example, I'm trying to download a list of contacts. Support asks me to try again, clear the cache, reinstall the extension, reload the page etc which of course I've done several times before contacting them, but still no progress.
Also, my campaign only seemed to run the 1st day. Not sure what's keeping it from going now.
Again, I really want to love this solution so I'm hoping the support team can help get this working so it actually works.

If you use email credits and email a contact it shows that your email comes from :r@lykoza.com
I brought a concern to Lykoza, the acknowledge it but then refused to resolve the problem
Huge Concern: Email Finder Credit Limitations
Tier 5 plan advertises 2,500 email credits/month, but:
Default usage limited to just 4–9 per day.
Even after boosting, the system only pulled 5 emails in 12 hours.
Limitation of “profile visit” first makes it hard to fully utilize paid credits.
Raises concerns about under-delivery relative to plan promises.
📉 “15 accounts x 4 email finders x 30 days = 1800. Why are we paying for 2,500 credits if we can’t use them?”

Email and Voice Message Duplication
Campaigns are sending multiple emails and voice messages (up to 10+) to the same person.
Template Variable Bugs
One guide said to use [First Name] while the correct syntax is {{ firstName }}.

Lykoza Support Still Has Not Responded

Lykoza support has responded .
Achraf from Lykoza Support Team has responded via Lykoza website chat, so I have given an additional Tacos to Lykoza.
I bought Lykova 4 days ago on the 24th of April and contacted Abidine, the founder because of some Lykoza related issues with the App not functioning properly after activation and still stuck on install chrome extension option .
Abidine has not replied . I contacted support and support has replied via Lykoza website Chat.
Till now, I have had some chat support and some response from Achraf at Lykoza support .
I cant get access to the Lykoza app dashboard and use the software even though my account says that it has been properly activated and I have downloaded the chrome extension and refreshed page.
I have written to Abidine 4 times, the owner and no reply, no support, no help. I have emailed support 4 times . No reply via email, but Lykoza suport ie Achraf has replied via website chat .
It is not good to not have access to a software that you pay for and not get access to, as I cant use Lykoza at the moment.
Lykoza seems to perform similair functions to Prosp software which I bought also and had immediate access to but I cant test Lykoza at the moment as I don't have access.
Perhaps, Abidine , will sort the Lykoza issue out, who knows. If he fixes the issue within 2 days, I'll keep Lykoza and modify my review after testing the lykoza software. If he doesn't fix the issue. i will ask for a refund.
