Q: Clarification on Managing Email Campaigns Across Multiple Accounts
If I’m sending 20,000 emails per month and each email account has a limit of 20–30 emails per day (spam guidelines), I calculate that I’d need 23 to 34 separate email accounts to stay within these limits.
Is your software designed to handle and automate campaigns across this many email accounts, including managing sending limits, timing, and account health?

Nov 21, 2024A: Hey leajere - yes that’s good math. And a great question! We are DEF good to handle up to 99 accounts. We actually have someone that has attached like 150 or something. We ran into a challenge where you might have to ask us to go beyond 20 just due to bots but we unlock it thereafter. So yeah overall you should be good to go ;) and we do automate campaigns and warm up across all email accounts you attach as well. Deliverability is VITAL so we try and mimic human interaction like staying with 1 email per day and working up to your daily rate
