Q: Tier 5 questions
As I read that you decided to give access to CRM and mailead is taskmagic basked into it, 2 questions:
1. Which features of taskmagic is mapped into maillead. Based on workspaces, task, webhooks, active pieces open source?
2. What is the difference between Unibox and CRM.
3. Is unibox similar to any CDP? I see another platform offers CDP with their core services. Will this combined CRM + Uni be equaled to CDP.
4. In unibox, can I map other service provided WhatsApp inbox, your email campaign, instagram DM management, LinkedIn Management as all in one and also map to your free gift CRMđ?
5. Since tier 5, is unlimited agency model, will CRM be also unlimited user management? (Please make itâŚ)
6. I am also interested if you can grant favor to tier 5 buyers to a custom logo change atleast.. if not full cname in your platform and crm.

Nov 22, 2024A: Hey again Savio - taskmagic is baked into mailead yes! The caveat is that you can only use mailead based flows for free inside. If you want other flows or apps (in a flow that doesnât include mailead) itâs a monthly fee (unless you have a taskmagic Ltd) make sense?
Since you have tier 5 mailead Iâll invite you to the CRM so youâll have access to that.
Unibox is the mailbox that messages get sent and received. The CRM is just a CRM where you can track interested parties (contacts) and move them through a deal pipeline
Iâll check with what we can do about logos! Right now you CAN do logos on the forms!

Def study other cold email tools and be better than them. Instantly is one of the most sught after doggies. The other one of late was Email Sequences, not just this one product but you see all the other products this guy has built but offers separately? You build that but under one unified product offering or some of those features as well.
