Not ready for primetime

I had this as part of my marketing strategy for 2025, unfortunately it isn't ready for prime time.

Issues:
1. It randomly deletes contacts. I've had campaigns with X amount of contacts and then all of the sudden the next time I go in there, there are zero contacts, and it prompts me to load contacts to my campaign.
2. Issues adding email accounts. Keeps telling me the SMTP info is wrong, yet I copied and pasted it right from Zoho, and the other accounts for that domain set up just fine with the same info?
3. Email gets blocked with no recommendation on how to fix the issue
4. Support is extremely slow. I've filed multiple tickets, most I don't get a response on, the ones I have it takes days. Frustratingly slow.

I'm disappointed this didn't work. Hopefully they can resolve the issues.

Hey Ty - We appreciate you giving us a try. Our team is pushing out platform updates daily to fix bugs and improve the overall platform.

Your ticket has been sent over to our engineering team for review and will be receiving a platform update soon regarding the contacts disappearing from the front end.

SMTP related issues are being resolved with a large platform wide update coming in a few weeks, however we even mention inside the platform that we don't recommend using SMTP as we've seen a large uptick in disconnections made by the host.

A platform enhancement we made a week ago or so surrounding notifications should have emailed you an alert with reasons and solutions as to why a recipient might have blocked an email from you. If you didn't receive this alert email please let us know so we can look into that as well.
