Good product but seldom works
I bought 2 licenses. To be used for 2 different numbers. And installed the app for Android. It has been almost 7 weeks that the app is not updating the messages. I don't understand why. Supporting does not help.

Support its just a BOT
I bought 2 licenses for 2 different business. Set up the first one a while ago and the support was good. Glitchy, but expected of a new product. I just set up my second business account and it's even more glitchy than before. I have notifications of unread messages that don't go away, tried to contact the support and they responded with a BOT saying you need to pay for premium to speak with a human. WTF ? I hate when companies do this on app sumo and change the conditions.
