It somewhat works
I love the concept, so even though it is far from good I will keep using it in the hope it gets alot better :)
But if you buy it now beware of the following:
- Customer service for Appsumo customers virtually does not exist. They do not answer. You need to take a service contract for € 50,- a month while I do not even think the program is worth this much.
- Program is very unstable
- Not everything is intuitive
- Functionality is basic. For instance, you can shift contacts between lines in the Kanban, but you cannot select that if there is a new message the contact will apear above in the list like it would in your whatsapp.
- Cannot display all contact info

To clarify, our €50 premium support plan covers video call assistance, but we also provide support through chat for bugs and issues. Additionally, we have a comprehensive Notion FAQ and YouTube videos to help with setup and common questions. We strive to be as responsive as possible, but we understand that expectations may vary.
Regarding your other points, we acknowledge that there’s room for improvement, and your feedback is valuable in helping us refine the product. We're actively working on stability, intuitiveness, and feature enhancements.
