Q: APP Issue

I'm experiencing an issue with one of my Chrome browsers. I need to remove it from the license slot, but I'm unable to do so. Today, when I tried logging into my account using the license key, it said "invalid." I also attempted to retrieve the key via email, but your website responded with "email not found."

Also, I never received my license key after I activated the app.

It seems like I need assistance here since support hasn't responded for weeks. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!
