Q: A bit of feedback + a general question if you plan to work on these points
Currently, I don't see the option to add OKRs under existing OKRs, i.e. to align different OKRs together. The alignment feature is critical and it's currently missing.
Furthermore, I don't see the option to set OKRs biquarterly - all similar platforms have this option, and this is how most companies track objectives and key results.
Next, the diagram or "visual editor" is very limited. What I would like to see is a "Strategy Map", similar to what Perdoo have done. On the OKR cards, there is no info who is the lead and owner.
I would like to be able to set the objective status to either draft or active. Usually we draft during planning week, and we activate them the following week.
Next, the design is also really "boring" and visually unappealing. Perhaps you can add the ability to customize these boxes with colors and labels and tags.

While we don’t currently support a dedicated biquarterly OKR setting, you can adjust the cycle duration manually in the Performance Cycle settings under the OKR module.
