Q: Purchased a few hours ago, might ask for a refund.
The app seems ok, but surprised that a very basic function doesn't work. The import leads feature does not let you pick fields to import for a lead/contact. I can not import any leads. Please explain how a basic feature like this does not work.

You can use the CSV file function to import and export leads, but only certain fields are included since most users prefer not to have phone numbers as mandatory. Your suggestion to pick fields is a great idea, our development team will look into it! For now, you can follow the specific import format by clicking the three dots on the top right and following the instructions.
