A: there are 4 options while creating a folder and can change the status of the folder when ever you want.

1 Public
2 Private (just me)----- no body can see the images even you have shared a link with any one.
3 Private (anyone with the link)
4 Private (password Protected)

If you make your profile private, no one can see your profile URL for example----https://www.sharemyimage.com/sharemyimage

I can make the profile public and private any time I want.
