Q: 2 questions
Is this a software that we can download and use locally on our computer, in addition to use the software in the cloud?
2nd: Can I download files (it doesnt say anything in your tiers that your software allows us to download files)? And lets say I can download files. Can I separate where the files will be located? For example 1 folder per website? And give directions what the folders will be named? And if there is any possibility to download files. Will it be the same options whether its in the cloud, or locally?

Q1: Yes, this is a Desktop Software to automate Web Tasks but also local files/Desktop activities. And indeed we have a Cloud and you can also host it on your own VPS so you can run your automations 247 and the installation on your local desktop/laptop you use it to design the automations.
Q2: Yes we have an advanced download command where you can specify/change the filename, the file extension and the local folder where you want it saved. For files download management that does not work well on our Cloud, but it will work well on your private cloud on your own Windows VPS and we can show you how to set that up
