Yes you can do that and you can create a 2 columns in the google sheet that can help this automation work better:
1 Column for status that the bot/automation will check before launching the flow, for example: TODO/DONE
1 Column to record the last date of the bot action, using this format for instance: YY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
