Q: Clarification on RTILA $499 Agency Plan Ticket Support & Included Features

I'm evaluating the business lifetime deal for $499 on your direct site and am wanting clarity on how agency plan's support relates to Prime subscription.
Besides the discount on prime support, what other advantages are there
Could someone clarify:
1. What ticket support comes with agency plan, and is Prime subscription still needed?
2. How does agency's included ticket support differ from Prime subscription - are services overlapping?
3. Why choose agency plan over business plan + Prime subscription ?
4. What extra value does Prime add for agency plan holders if we already have ticket support included?

I know everyone free gets ticket support for *billing and *functionality issues, but
Understanding these differences specifically with automation support would help determine the best approach for getting comprehensive help and deciding.

A: Thank you for your questions. Business plan and Agency Plan (and Enterprise plan for that matter) all have the same level of support via ticket, there is no difference here.

Prime support is an available option for all 3 plans/licenses-types, that allows our team to debug your custom automations and answer questions that are specific to your projects. It also gives you a prime License key to unlock faster or premium functions and templates or other Prime only resources.
