Sorry for taking too long to respond, we were working on an important update: https://github.com/IKAJIAN/rtila-releases/releases/tag/v4.8.0
The single machine plan is exclusively available here at Appsumo, all our plans have same features we don't have any restrictions based on plans, the only limitation is the number of machines.
Currently, only the single machine plan is available here on AppSumo. We still didn't support code stacking for the other plans due to some technical challenges with the licensing system of RTILA and the custom script that we made for code redemption https://github.com/IKAJIAN/appsumo-redemption-page. Once we will support stacking here we will remove all the plans from our old LTD page v4.rtila.net.

Apparently, the AppSumo agreement is less interesting! But you don't seem to want to answer the question asked earlier. Too bad, this blocks my purchase and surely others.
