Q: RTILA Functionality.
Hello,
How are you doing today? To know if RTILA would be able to perform following tasks when I integrate it with my WP member site:
1. Extract predetermined or pre-defined data like class tests, exams, assignments, projects, paper presentation dates from uploaded PDFs or Doc files?
2. Send out the extracted data from the PDF or Doc file to an Excel or CSV file to an individual member account?
3. Can RTILA be used to send out the data on the CSV/Excel to a calendar for the individual member?
4. Can RTILA be used to automate scheduled SMS, Email, Voice Drop, AI Voice Caller & Reminders & Push Notifications to individual members that uploaded a PDF or Doc file?
Would I need any other 3rd party integration like Twilio?

Yes for most E-Learning Plugins but some of them do not display the source code of their visual elements but if you can share the name of the plugin in a ticket we can double check and confirm for you.
Q2:
Yes we have both a PDF Parser command + Email/SMTP Sending command that you can use
Q3.
Not yet but we have already integrated GoogleAPis NodeJs package into RTILA so we will be soon able to add Calendar API support, for now we have Google Sheet integration. But you can use our API Bridge to connect this flow to Zapier/Make or even yourself directly to Google Calendar API see here the doc: https://rtila.com/downloads/api-bridge-get-post-requests/
Q4.
Yes better to have a 3rd Party software that can handle all the media/communications side of it. RTILA can help you trigger and connect the dots and bridge the processes/data which are not covered by an API or an existing App integration.

Q1. It is not an E-Learning WordPress site but a membership WordPress site; consisting of multiple plugins.So, I don’t know which specific plugin you want the info on.
Q3. I am guessing it is possible but not directly. My follow-up question is can the process you stated as the possible solution to the question be automated?
