Hello I've sent a couple of emails previously but they have gone unanswered, so I will post my questions here as your support page is inactive. (I've not heard back regarding my pre-purchase question's, so I went ahead and ordered anyhow, and now, I've not heard back regarding my post-purchase questions) I just purchased this software and so far it looks quite impressive. I have used and purchased Bandicam, Icecream Screen Recorder and even Camtasia. This one has a lot of great features, but still missing a few to make it even better. I can not find any way to crop videos or images. I would have thought this would have been a very basic function for this type of software. This is a "deal breaker" as without the ability to crop, it's not worth having. Am I missing something obvious? Can I set my own hotkeys for "Ripple Delete"?
