Q: Pre-Purchase Questions

Hi, I’m interested in your lifetime deal but need a few things clarified.
1. Is this deal for the SendApp Desktop product listed on your pricing page?
2. Does it include an installable macOS app?
3. Can I register more than one number? I have one WhatsApp API and one WhatsApp Business number for two sites – is this supported under one account?
4. I’ve seen you mention upgrades to Business and Connect plans via email – are these available on a lifetime basis or only subscription?
5. On the Connect plan, it says “zero cost per message” – does this mean there are no charges at all when using a WhatsApp API number?
6. Does the lifetime deal include access to future updates and new features?
7. What kind of support is included – email, live chat, or ticketing system?
